Returns - OMI Jewelry

Return Policy 

OMI Jewelry offers 3 days return policy from date of delivery on any pre-owned watch or jewelry purchase. Please inform one of our representatives of your intention to return the watch or jewelry before you ship the merchandise. All return shipments must be post marked before the 3rd calendar day from receipt of your watch or jewelry and are sent by using our shipping label. Please do not send merchandise back using your own label as we are not responsible for lost packages and have a right to refuse package acceptance if our label is not used. Upon receipt, all items will undergo thorough inspection by one of our jewelry experts to ensure that the items are in the original condition in which they were sold, and they include all tags (especially any "non-removable" tags), items/accessories, etc. before we will issue a refund.

If watches or jewelry come back to us in the same condition as described on the moment of purchase but you decided to return it for any reason then not as described, we have a right to charge you 5% percent restocking fee.

Items purchased under layaway program cannot be returned for a full refund but can be only exchanged or store credit will be provided. Please contact our support team for assistance with your return. All returns must be in the same condition in which they were received and include any security tags or factory stickers. Failure to return an item in the same condition may result in a restocking fee of up to 25%. If Our OMI Jewelry Black Tag is ripped off, there will be $ 300 restocking fee.

Orders marked “custom” cannot be returned for refund and can be only exchange or store credit will be provided.

Orders paid by PayPal are subject to 5% merchant fee when returned for refund.

You will be prompt to put your order number and your email address. You will also have to choose a reason for your return. 

Upon receipt of your request one of our representative will contact you regards your return request.

If we approve your return request, we will  create a shipping label on our website from FedEx - one of our partner.  Cost of shipping is $ 60 but package is fully insured up to merchandise price you paid and guaranteed buy FedEx. This cost will be deducted from a refund amount we provide after we receive a merchandise back .

Package needs to be shipped in 24h of shipping label receipt and we have to physically receive an item in our office in order to issue any refunds. 
We cannot accept any returns which are not approved by us nor sent by any different service then our return service provided on our website.  

exchange policy 

You can exchange your merchandise within 30 days of purchase to any item you like.

If merchandise your are exchanging to, cost more then original purchased one, you will have to cover the difference of new item you are exchanging to, however if cost is less then price you paid , we will issue a store credit of the amount of the difference. Store credit will never expire and  can be used for any merchandise from our store.


We do understand that sometimes packages get lost or stolen even if we use signature delivery service only. 

If you package was not delivered to address you provided, please contact us immediately.

We have a procedure to follow in cases like this.

We will open an investigation with the carrier we used to deliver package to you.

Investigation may take up to 45 business days. 

You will be asked to provide a Police Report from your local police station within 7 business days.

When investigation is finished, 2 things may happen:

  1. Your case is approved to issue a monetary refund or item replacement – either best suits you.

  2. Your case is denied and no monetary or item replacement is granted.

Warning: Without a Police Report we cannot process an investigation and your case will be closed with no refund or compensation of any kind.   

You are responsible to answer any phone calls and written communication from OMI Jewelry and Delivery Carrier on timely manner – failure to do so will prompt to deny your case.

You are responsible to comply with every rules and regulation of Carrier and OMI Jewelry investigation – failure to do so will prompt to deny your case. 

You accept these terms upon a purchase of any kind of product from OMI Jewelry.
