I wasn’t sure if I was going to buy a watch but I decided to get in contact with the jeweler. The customer service was astounding and he gave me a deal on my purchase. I had a miscommunication and he helped me to get what I wanted with updates and full service. Anytime I had a question, there would be an answer that day and finished no later the following day with a full text or call. I plan on going through them again for next purchase of a watch.

I bought a Rolex from OMI with appraisal and original box; specifically, the Rolex Datejust 36MM reference 1601 featuring a black Roman diamond dial, diamond bezel, two-tone yellow gold Jubilee bracelet, and approximately 3.75ct total diamond weight. I also purchased a 14K gold diamond Hamsa pendant with 1.20ct of diamonds. Delivery was on time and there were no errors with either product. Customer service was excellent and quickly created an amicable solution to address my concerns. Highly recommend!

Buying a high end Swiss watch, like a Rolex, on line can be quite an anxiety provoking situation. Jerry and OMI were excellent in providing exactly what was presented on the webiste, answering my annoying Qs and overall doing their best to put me at ease with the entire process.
