How to Proceed with a Repair
To initiate a repair, please contact a sales representative from OMI Jewelry either through email (email@example.com), phone (844-330-9466), or directly from the website. Once you have spoken to a representative, please follow these instructions:
If the item was purchased from OMI Jewelry, please include a copy of the OMI Jewelry receipt, as well as a note indicating any and everything that is damaged, or needs to be repaired.
Pack it as you would a return, in a secure box, making sure that no further damage occurs during shipment. OMI Jewelry is not responsible for any further damages that occur during shipment. If item is not securely packaged, and damages that were not indicated during the initial interaction will be treated as damaged during shipment, and full price will be charged to the customer. Please make sure that there is a current and valid phone number on the receipt or note, so someone can contact you. OMI Jewelry will not cover shipment to our location. Shipment to OMI Jewelry is solely the responsibility of the sender. Furthermore, please make sure that the package is insured, as OMI Jewelry is not responsible for any theft or loss of package.
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a tracking number, and date that the package was sent.
Upon receipt of package, someone from OMI Jewelry will contact you and notify you that package has been received.
If item was purchased from OMI Jewelry within 60 days, cost of repair will be free.* If purchase date is after 60 days, then OMI Jewelry will determine the price of repair, and notify you before any changes are made. A discount, of course, will be provided.
If item was purchased from a retailer other than OMI Jewelry, prices are subject to whatever the cost of repair may be. We will notify you of said prices before any repairs are made.
Once an item has been repaired, someone from OMI Jewelry will notify you immediately. It will then be shipped out for free (international shipments are subject to charge) via FedEx. It will be shipped ground unless prior arrangements have been made. Items purchased from a retailer other than OMI Jewelry, or items past their 60 day warranty, will be charged a flat rate of $10.00 USD for domestic shipments, and $50.00 USD for international shipments. All shipments are FULLY insured.
