Overview 

Thank you for choosing OMI Jewelry for your service needs. All repairs, shipping requests, and related transactions are governed by the policies outlined on this page, together with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws. These guidelines replace any prior understandings regarding repairs or delivery, and they define how items are handled, processed, and returned.

 

Requests for service or shipping are accepted only under these terms, and customers who do not agree must refrain from submitting items. Policies may be updated without notice, and the most recent version will always apply. For clarity, the date of the last update is listed at the bottom of this document.

 

OMI Jewelry provides repair services and shipping support for jewelry and watches purchased from us. Items may be eligible for repair, exchange, or return credit, subject to the conditions set forth in this Repair & Return Policy.

 

Please note: all repairs and shipping requests must follow the procedures described in our policy. Items are subject to applicable handling fees, and requests must be made within the stated timeframes. Customers may request exchanges, credits, or combinations thereof, provided all requirements are met.

WARRANTY

Every item offered on our website automatically comes with a 2‑year protection warranty. This protects you from day‑to‑day mishaps or any issues you may experience with a particular piece. For example, if a diamond falls out of your item, you may send it back to be repaired free of charge within the 2‑year period. If the piece has experienced severe damage or was used for anything other than its intended purpose, there may be a cost involved in repairing or replacing the item. 

 

Customer is entitled to two (2) warranty repair claims per calendar year, and each claim after the second will be fully paid by the customer.

 

OMI Jewelry’s Extended Warranty is a service and repair warranty designed to complement—but not replace—third‑party jewelry insurance. It covers eligible repairs and maintenance resulting from normal wear and manufacturer‑related defects, subject to inspection and approval. This Extended Warranty does not provide insurance coverage and does not cover loss, theft, mysterious disappearance, or catastrophic damage. Customers are encouraged to insure their jewelry and watches separately.

 

The Jewelry Extended Warranty includes repair and maintenance services for eligible items under normal wear conditions. Covered services include:

  • Manufacturer defects
  • Ring resizing (subject to design limitations and material constraints)
  • Restoring rhodium plating, polishing, and finishing
  • Removal of tarnish and patina
  • Repair of broken jewelry when all original parts are present
  • Diamond, gemstone, and pearl maintenance
  • Securing stones in non‑prong settings
  • Prong tightening
  • Repair of damaged settings
  • Reshaping due to normal wear
  • Repair of chains, clasps, earring backs, and cufflink backs
  • Replacement of damaged or missing stones up to 2.5mm per stone, with a maximum of two stones per item
  • Repair of damaged enamel, onyx, ceramic, leather, wood, or carbon components
  • Reproduction of broken jewelry when no parts are missing

The Jewelry Extended Warranty does not cover loss, theft, mysterious disappearance, missing parts not presented with the item, damage caused by accidents, impact, misuse, abuse, or neglect, damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or alterations, excessive wear beyond normal use, or cosmetic damage that does not affect structural integrity.

 

The Watches Extended Warranty provides service and repair coverage related to normal use and mechanical performance. Covered services include:

  • General maintenance
  • Professional cleaning and polishing
  • Replacement or repair of internal mechanical and movement components due to functional or manufacturer defects
  • Replacement of up to two diamonds lost from the bezel as a result of normal wear

The Watches Extended Warranty does not cover water or moisture damage, loss of the bezel, damage caused by impact, accidents, misuse, or unauthorized service, cosmetic damage beyond normal wear, or loss or theft of the watch or any components.

 

PLEASE BE ADVISED: SINCE DIAMOND CUSTOMIZED WATCHES ARE NOT WATERPROOF OR WATER RESISTANT – WATER DAMAGE IS NOT COVERED UNDER A WARRANTY, AND REPAIR PRICE WILL BE CHARGED.

 

OMI JEWELRY’S WARRANTY WILL NOT COVER LOSSES OF FULL BEZELS, OR CHAINS WITH MISSING PIECES.

 

OMI JEWELRY WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY THIRD‑PARTY REPAIRS OR MODIFICATION ON THE ITEMS DURING WARRANTY TIME. ANY PRIVATE THIRD‑PARTY REPAIR COMPANIES USED WILL AUTOMATICALLY BREACH THE WARRANTY CONTRACT – OMI JEWELRY WILL CANCEL THE WARRANTY.

 

OMI JEWELRY WILL NOT AT ANY CIRCUMSTANCES REIMBURSE THIRD‑PARTY COST OF REPAIR PRESENTED BY CUSTOMER.

 

ANY CUSTOM ALTERATIONS MADE TO WATCHES ARE NOT SERVICABLE BY ROLEX.

 

All services must be performed by OMI Jewelry or an authorized service provider, and all coverage is subject to inspection and approval. OMI Jewelry reserves the right to repair or replace items using comparable materials and craftsmanship. This Extended Warranty is not an insurance policy and does not replace third‑party insurance coverage.

REPAIR PROCEDURES

To initiate a repair, please contact a sales representative from OMI Jewelry either through email (info@omijewelry.com), phone (844-330-9466), or directly from the website. Once you have spoken to a representative, please follow these instructions:
 
Please include a copy of the OMI Jewelry receipt, as well as a note indicating everything that is damaged or needs to be repaired.
 
OMI Jewelry shipping label will be issued and sent via email to you (within first 30 days of package receipt only).

 

OMI Jewelry provides repair shipping labels only within the first 30 days from the original package receipt date. If a customer requests a repair after the 30-day period, OMI Jewelry will not provide a shipping label, and the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.


All items sent to us by customers must be fully insured for the full purchase value and include trackable shipping with valid tracking information.

Please clearly write the order number on the package. Once the package has been shipped, kindly email us the tracking number for reference.

Pack a return a return in a secure box, making sure that no further damage occurs during shipment. OMI Jewelry is not responsible for any further damages that occur during shipment. If item is not securely packed, and damages were not indicated during the initial conversation with our representative, the package will be treated as damaged during shipment, and full price will be charged to the customer. Please make sure that there is a current and valid phone number on the receipt or note, so someone can contact you. We accept shipments with our shipping labels only and have a right to refuse to accept any items sent to us by using label different than ours.
 
Please send an email to info@omijewelry.com with a tracking number, and date that the package was sent.
 
Upon receipt of package, someone from OMI Jewelry will contact you and notify you that package has been received.

If item was purchased from OMI Jewelry – we offer 2 years warranty and repairs are free of charge except water damages and losses of diamond bezels.

 

Once an item has been repaired, someone from OMI Jewelry will notify you immediately. It will then be shipped out for free (international shipments are subject to charge) via FedEx. It will be shipped ground unless prior arrangements have been made. All shipments are FULLY insured.

Our goal is to provide you with a quality piece of jewelry that will stay with you for as long as you decide to keep your item. Even after your 2-year period has expired, we will always stand by our products and provide you repair or warranty related services at a small fee.

 

*Some new items such as watches will come with longer or extended factory warranties.

SHIPPING

Every order is processed and verified as quickly as possible. You will receive an e-mail updating you of your order status within 24 business hours of placing your order.

Domestic orders (within the 50 United States) we process within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and any holidays ) and ship by 2-Day FedEx Priority after order is fully processed free of charge.

 

Overnight and rush requests will still be subject to the same verification process, but we will do our best to expedite these orders. You will have an option for a $200 flat rate Overnight FedEx delivery method. This does not necessarily mean you will receive your merchandise the very next day after placing an order. Your order will still have to be verified and processed, but we will expedite this process. Expedited fees are non-refundable for any reason!

 

You must call us the same day you placed the order before 4pm EST to request expedited shipping and processing plus you have to pay expedited fee.

 

International Shipping: We ship worldwide with FedEx International Priority. We charge a flat fee of $150.00 on all international shipments. We try our best to expedite packages internationally may longer for package to be delivered due to international custom process.

 

International duties and taxes are responsibility of buyer. All packages are fully insured up to full value of merchandise purchased. Please contact us for any special request and we will do our best to accommodate you.

RETURN POLICY

RETURN PROCESS AFTER PURCHASE HAS BEEN MADE:

To start your return, simply click on the  Returns & Exchanges  link in the footer menu of our store, or find it in your  account  page.

 

You will be prompted for your order ID and either your email address or phone number. This helps us locate your order quickly.

 

Follow the prompts to select the reason for your return, and your preferred refund option. Once you've selected your options, click submit to send us your return request.

 

You'll receive a confirmation email with further instructions. Please follow these instructions within the confirmation email to complete your return.

 

If your return is approved, you will need to ship the item back to us. We'll provide you with a guaranteed shipping label, fully insured up to merchandise price you paid. This cost will be deducted from your refund amount we provide after we receive the merchandise back.

 

You are not responsible for any losses during shipment if our service is used.

We cannot accept any returns which are not approved by us nor sent by any different service then our return service provided on our website.  

 

All returns must be placed either in the same carrier box which they were received, or the same type and measurement box form the carrier (FedEx, USPS). Please do not use your own boxes to ship items to us. If any charge for an oversized box will occur on our carrier account, we will transfer this charge to the customer.

EXCHANGE POLICY 

You can exchange your merchandise within 4 days of purchase to any item you like.

 

If merchandise you are exchanging to, cost more than original purchased one, you will have to cover the difference of new item you are exchanging to, however if cost is less then price you paid, we will issue a store credit of the amount of the difference. Store credit will never expire and can be used for any merchandise from our store.

 

To start your exchange, simply click on the  Returns & Exchanges  link in the footer menu of our store, or find it in your  account  page.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES DURING DELIVERY

We do understand that sometimes packages get lost or stolen even if we use signature delivery service only.

 

If your package was not delivered to address you provided, please contact us immediately. We have a procedure to follow in cases like this.

 

We will open an investigation with the carrier we used to deliver package to you. Investigation may take up to 45 business days. You will be asked to provide a Police Report from your local police station within 7 business days.

 

When investigation is finished, 2 things may happen:

 

1. Your case is approved to issue a monetary refund or item replacement – best suit you.

 

OR

 

2. Your case is denied and no monetary or item replacement is granted.

 

WARNING: Without a Police Report we cannot process an investigation and your case will be closed with no refund or compensation of any kind. You are responsible to answer any phone calls and written communication from OMI Jewelry and Delivery Carrier on timely manner – failure to do so will prompt to deny your case. You are responsible to comply with every rules and regulation of Carrier and OMI Jewelry investigation – failure to do so will prompt to deny your case.

 

You accept these terms upon a purchase of any kind of product from OMI Jewelry.

UNSOLICITED IDEA SUBMISSIONS 

OMI Jewelry or any of its employees do not accept or consider unsolicited ideas, including ideas for new advertising campaigns, marketing plans, new product names, new promotions, new or improved products or technologies, product designs, enhancements, processes or materials. Please do not submit any unsolicited ideas, original creative artwork, suggestions or other works (“submissions”) in any form to OMI Jewelry or any of its employees. The sole purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes when OMI Jewelry products, designs, advertising or marketing strategies might seem like ideas submitted to OMI Jewelry. 

 

OMI Jewelry depends on its employees and consultants for ideas involving new designs, products and improvements to existing products, advertising, promotion and marketing strategies. These employees and consultants have firmly established legal relationships with OMI Jewelry. If, despite our request that you not send us your ideas, you still submit them, then regardless of what your letter, email or call says, the following terms shall apply to your submissions.

TERMS OF IDEA SUBMISSION

You agree that: (1) your submissions and their contents will automatically become the property of OMI Jewelry, without any compensation to you; (2) OMI Jewelry may use, modify or redistribute the submissions and their contents for any purpose and in any way; (3) there is no obligation for OMI Jewelry to review the submission; and (4) there is no obligation to keep any submissions confidential.
