Jewelry Auctions - OMI Jewelry

Frequently Asked questions

how it works

Each auction commences with an informative listing and a gallery of photos. We highly recommend that all potential bidders carefully read and assess the complete listing description before deciding to place a bid. It is essential for bidders to perform their due diligence to fully understand all the details of the item. If the reserve price is reached by the end of the listing (or if it's a no-reserve auction), the winning bidder must submit proof of funds within 24 hours. Once the funds are confirmed, the order will begin being processed. If the auction reserve isn't reached at the listing's end, we will attempt to work out a deal with the highest bidder. If that doesn't work out, we may continue/restart the auction. If the reserve is not met, we try to negotiate a deal with the high bidder. If that is not successful, the auction may continue or restart. Bid offers are final and cannot be canceled. If you win the auction and fail to complete the transaction, our restocking fee will be applied, and your account will be forfeited as if you did not complete a finished auction.
